I believe the answer is Vitality.
triggering effect depends on both stack hp and total there stack size, so vitality which increase hp, rally increase number of gbm (since gbm is tire 3)
so both affect triggering chance
so answer is Verdant of wrath which is not affect triggering chance |

It's important to note that this is also because it's knocking shot (also same for fatal blow and stun)
increasing damage will affect some other triggering abilities if they are calculated after the attack, knocking shot is calculated before , so damage have no effect.
