Fury barbarian: attack +1
Shadow barbarian: knowledge +1

If you mean the knowledge stat then everyone can increase their knowledge (regardless of faction). |
Then legend-bounc should haven't got a spellbook, too. But he has.

It's a spell book, it's to show they can apply magic, i.e. Knights have holy magics and necros have nature. Tribals only do rituals. |
