| Hey i Bought 185 Diamonds on this account Just now and i checked my bank the payment was made, but i still havent gotten the diamons. is there a delay or some kind of error? please help |
There is sometimes a delay on it, depending on what method you used. You may find you need to wait up to 24 hours. However, if it goes beyond 24 hours, then you will need to contact Dealer https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7 to explain that you haven't received them yet.
However, best thing to do is just wait a while longer. Usually they will come fairly quickly :) |
| I used PayPal, il wait 24hrs then thanks, but where do i get the "invoice" number? i have no idea what it is or where i get it. |
When you completed your transaction with Xsolla, there may have been an option to email you your receipt. Did you enter an email? The invoice number may have been on that.
With Paypal, the larger amounts can be an issue. Another alternative thing you can try to do is contact the Xsolla support on the donation page and just ask them whether there are any issues with your payment. Sometimes they respond fairly promptly. |
