Im asking about the "Logic" behind it Btw.
Back in the old times somebody would "Send" you an Invite, then you just had to reach TG 2, and give him back the TGI, and both Arts (For TG 1 and 2), plus a really small amount of money (20K or so).
Thats how I did IIRC.
Why did they remove this? It really helped everyone to get a TGI.
Now, in the other hand, you gotta stack a HUGE (500K or so) amount of money for it, and dont get the TGI back till TG 5 (Before at TG 2 AND another at TG 5).
It was a better Bussiness but also helped people get in the Thief Guild easier, I dont think it makes sense that they removed it.
Im only asking out of curiosity Btw, not whining at all, gotta respect them Admins decisions.

They made it so that more people would pay them Diamonds because it would be harder if Renting was not possible?
I was expecting a "Because some people would leave the game for good without reaching the TG Level to give the TGI back, thus people who Send the TGI would lose it since they didnt have it back".
I mean, I thought they removed the Renting thing for players not to lose TGI in specific situations, not because of the will of the Admins to get money :/ (Which I also understand Btw, its a Company, its normal).
Sorry for the English Btw. | There were a lot of issues around the leasing of TGIs - Players not getting one back in return, penalties, blocks etc. Getting to TGI 2 was a massive commitment back then and the leasing rules required 30 day transfers.
The other thing is that the prices really began to tumble as the TGI numnbers essentially doubled.

Nope, the actual reason is that back in the days you would get one TGI at TG level 2 and another one at TG level 5. So, admins considered it possible to get to TG level 2 within a month and thus return the loan in time. Now, you can't get a TG back within one month, so you'll definitely break the loan period rule. | I think they removed this system because many TGIs were lost, and the players leasing the TGIs wouldn't get the money/TGI back if that happened. As corey said, Getting to TGI 2 was a massive commitment back then and the leasing rules required 30 day transfers. If a player couldn't make it within 1 month, he could be fined or even blocked I think.
By the way, the second TGI was given when you reached the fourth level of TG. (and not TG 5) | Woah, I see.
