In this fight, mistresses cast delay, and my initiative is reduced by 35%. According to about to game spells section (https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=31), delay can have 20%/25%/30%/40% efficiency, according to caster talent. Either the new DE has a hidden ability, or the delay of mistresses is bugged. |

If we assume Shadow Mistress has a 40% Delay (They havent put her yet in https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=32, but I guess she does have 40%), and we take into account the -12% Magic Reduction, the Delay would end up being a 36.7% or so.
Maybe the System/Computer rounded it to 35%.
I say this since Disruptiom Ray for example also gets reduced by Magic Proof (Try Disrupting a Unicorn and see). |

Only magic shield reduces dark magic effect (from talents like: barrier/resistance). Magic proof (from arts) doesn't work against it.
