Hi, why did I get only 0.68fsp from this monster quest? It used to be 1 fsp, or am I wrong?

No the monsters quests used to give 0.5 fsp until the raft of MG changes that occurred at this time; https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=2350615
