Today I've noticed that search isn't working if you do this in Chrome:
1) go to Transfer log
2) Ctrl + F
3) type text: sold
4) select that text and copy (Ctrl+C)
5) open 2nd page (or 3rd page, etc.)
6) Ctrl+F and Ctrl+V and you'll always hear ding sound as if the text "sold" is not found (even when the text is there)
7) but the text "sold" will be found (if it's there) if you don't Ctrl+V, but actually type the text instead
This bug doesn't happen in FF.
Also it looks like this bug happens in this game only (tested other web pages and Chrome seems working fine there).
I'm curious if it's just me or anyone else having this problem too? |
Anyone? |
Just tried it, I have no problems (using chrome). |
Ctrl+F and Ctrl+V and you'll always hear ding sound as if the text "sold" is not found
Well, working for me. It is locating the text 'sold'.
Have tried in my transfer log only, nowhere else though. |
If it isn't working for you I believe it is a chrome problem you are having and not a server problem. |
Ok, did more tests.
The search stops working until you find a page without that text and hear the ding sound (then the search won't work on any page in the Transfer log, even in the previous pages).
But it starts working again when you type the text (instead of Ctrl+V or Enter).
Once the text is in the search bar then in each page you can find text using any of these two methods:
1) Ctrl+F and Ctrl+V
2) Ctrl+F and Enter
but both methods stops working until you hear the ding sound (meaning no search results), but those methods start working again when you start typing text in the search bar (until you find a page with 0 results). |

What does your first statement mean "search stops working until you find a page..."
Also the last statement "both methods stop working until you hear the ding..." |
Ok, I've made a small video (no sound, just .gif file):
http://pasteboard.co/33uEXlm28.gif
I did this:
1) in my Transfer log (page 1) I did Ctrl+F and and typed "sold"
2) you can see that the search fuond 2 such words on the page
3) then I opened 3rd page (it doesn't have the word "sold" on it) and did Ctrl+F and Ctrl+V (search found 0 words and I've heard ding sound)
4) then I switched back to the page 1 and did Ctrl+F and Ctrl+V on it and search found 0 words, while the page clearly has 2 words "sold" (this is a bug I'm talking about)
5) then I deleted the last letter from the word "sold" and the search start to work again (it found 2 words) |
So, nobody tested that? |
Working fine for me |
