Does it increase the chance of triggering Luck itself?
what about Favorite enemy ability? | | No, elven luck increases the damage you deal when luck triggers (you will deal 225% damage instead of 200%). | | Hey thanks and sorry I meant Soldier's Luck. | | neither, it only give you a 2nd chance for triggering unit's special abilities (like blind or knockback) |
