3.22. Trading walkthroughs and instructions for Text quests is forbidden. It is prohibited to post and/or advertise walkthroughs in character private info, on the forum or in the chat.
Be aware that the above rule may prohibit you from posting a quest walkthrough. If you are going to do a video that doesn't provide a detailed guide on how to complete a quest, then you may get away with posting the link.
Note that there is a slight translation difference in the Russian equivalent of this rule; it states that you are not allowed to post walkthroughs for quests, where ours specifically mentions text quests. You should err on the side of caution and not post a walkthrough for any quest type. |

I think that rule applies if you trade walkthroughs for in-game resources. I see plenty of quest walkthroughs on youtube by russians.

The rule states that you're not allowed to post full walkthrough.
But in the said website - We get only hints. But no such passage is given.
You are given what these items or people or locations are for.
And Hints on 100%.
Acutally I have been playing Lordswm from long time.
Then I quit and after a year now started again.
Previously I had completed 10 quests with 100% so mostly I have the knowledge on doing so.

This game would have way way more ppl if they put videos about it on Youtube Imho, advertising and stuff like that.
Ppl would be like "Lol what is this, Im gonna try it and see...".
... But I dont think someone would post battles of LWM in Youtube actually, since a PvP battle takes 1 hour and long wait between turns (Timer).
Speaking of which, I dont know how I bumped into the game Tbh, I dont recall.

I do know that some exist on Youtube for the combat quests - However the rule states that you are not allowed to 1) Trade the links or full walkthrough information and 2) Not allowed to post a link to them via. the forums/chat/personal info etc. The fact that they exist is irrelavent, as long as the two portions of the rule are not being broken.
As for Odenmira - I agree with Awesomes' analysis. There is no full walkthrough available on their site for the text quests, only hints to help you succeed with certain stages - Which are all available in the pre-designated thread about text quests on .RU anyway.

I think you would be better off not linking a full video to a battle quest. It's difficult to say whether the Russian equivalent of our rule 3.22. applies to all quests and not just text quests. |
