There was a quest at something called outpost.

Where you had to deduce and make up some army and farmers

defense offence

with all some %.

In .com server.

Was that removed? ?

Or is it available only in Russian now?

The inn was destroyed by the volcano prior to the merge ;) It is no longer available and was never available to be done in Russian.

When there was an interview with Maxim the following question related to text quests was asked;

We were told that some text quests for the English server were translated. When can we expect English versions of the text and battle quests available on .com portal?

The response was:

The quest engine does not support English yet. Priority is currently being given to Battle Campaigns. In the future we will try to devote more time to updating the quest engine.

So I would not expect to see any English text quests in anytime soon.
