Hi all, for the recent update for average skill point and experience penalty mentioned here

I have a question:
Is the average skill points on each combat level "fixed", or is it re-calculated and applied on a daily basis?
In other words, would my experience penalty due to the skill points be affected if a certain event makes many players gain lots of skill points in a short period of time which in turn changed the daily average skill.
Hope someone could answer this with good confidence! | Judging by the update, I think it is safe to say it is fixed and not changed on daily basis.
Earlier as well, script and ordenmira calculated them from a fixed value.
These are old values quoted directly from script.

Although script makers are independent from Game admins, I agree that fixed averages makes more practical sense. |
