@18: haha :D
Nice one @18 :)
Does this extend to tournaments?

So would my FL 9 dwarf team mate be liable should I formally complain?

cannot join tournament with less than 10 fsp or without potion for cl16. probably for cl15 the minimum is 9 or had potion that expired sometime after he joined
So they just have to copy the already existing code from tournament to CG. ^^
@25 hahah yes, that sounds like less trouble than writing the small print :D
they could copypaste but to be fair, the case of recruiting specific creatures would not be covered.

- Recruit all creatures in your castle that are available on your combat level.

that means that you have to recruit zombies as a necro, blazing hounds for dd etc.
so we lose the strategical decision to leave out unnecessary stacks for gaining splits to avoid the risk breaking a rule.
To me this rule is completely wrong or its translation is wrong, else 90% of cg participants should be reported
for Lady sofiouta:

It seems right to me. You are taking it too literally. Recruiting all creatures means you should not have lowered recruiting for lack of construction or carelessness. It does not specifically mention tiers. If it forced you to recruit all tiers, only then that would be a bad translation.
all creatures means all creatures.what you say is your interpretation of the rule and not what the rule commands to do.
All available creatures, not all available creature types. When you start recruiting one set of creatures, those available of another sort decrease. Thus one may validly have recruited all available creatures without recruiting all available types of creatures. Ie typically this results in one type of creature not being recruited, as you suggest. I do not think the rule, applied literally with this translation causes a problem, unless it forces you to take the one gremlin engineer left over etc as sometimes happens
if that was the case, there wouldnt be the red notice of insufficient troop count when you take less than allowed.i mean why do we need that rule if we already are forbidden to participate in combats with low troop count.so you better get that gremlin unless all is equal to 99.9% to you.
for Lady sofiouta:
about that red notice, it appears in pve too. Surely you must figure it out that there are good reasons for its existence and that it is completely different from violating PvP decorum.

Anyway, I just meant to say that the intention of the rule is quite clear so there is no point raising it. You will have the opportunity to question so many things if you always think so literally.

As for being reported or worrying about it, let's not forget that if some player is dense enough to report you for leaving out a gremlin, the rule will still be enforced by an actual person, a keeper (not automated). I hope i am not wrong to assume that keepers will be sane enough and not consider charging you for the 0.01% army that you left to carry out your "strategic decision" because technically the rule says "all creatures available".
Justice is blind.
i have won a combat with 1 hp left and lost and won many with a bit more.so that 0,01% hp matters.
i dont know why you mixing pve in this.so what if it appears in pve too?completely irrelevant.
previously we had no rule about this and admins had coded the minimum required hp needed to participate(those two might be independent).now we have a rule but admins have other priorities than implementing it programmatically(maybe removing the treasure hunt link first?).So we get a small-print that we must follow and the small-print says all creatures.
your hope has nothing to do about facts.you dont know for a fact what keepers think about this.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
