Is an AFK from beginning to end considered as bad sportsmanship?
I lost a battle and that guy didn't even bother to say "sorry". |

Will he get a warning or fine, if I report him? |

Sure. It can happen because of several reasons. I hope you are sportsman enough to write a short mail and say "sorry. He isn't.
