is there by any chance i can activate my blocked account again.
it was blocked 5 years ago. | Do you have a link to the account so we can understand why it was blocked?
Rather than get your hopes up, the chances of that happening are slim to none. The Appeals Commission, which accepts reconsiderations of penalties, does not deal with blocks/penalties that were so long ago. Unless the block was for the reason of BOW (by own will) then it will not be recovered. |
