Here is mine, if it helps you:

Total army strength: 8,147
Victories / Combats: 72 / 72
gold: 32,447
CL14
70/72, 10351, gold 44782 and CL 15
Total army strength: 8,921
Victories / Combats: 72 / 72

Silver available: 11,086

Claimed reward:
24,827
Well if this has a straight forward formula it has me beat, some very different gold outcomes. I was only trying to brute force out a relationship (mathematically speaking, not in real life, that would be BAD!), and am sure that many of you have better maths than me to get further.

dominant factor is army strength - other than that I have spent too much time to no avail on this problem!
Simple simultaneous equations I would have thought?
i actually feel this event wasn't that great for common masses (by gold reward i mean)
besides even the art isn't selling at a good price.
But yeah the top players were rewarded handsomely, enormously, generously (however you want to put it :P)

A good learning event for me
Still better rewarding than last PoT.. atleast I got what I spent.

Not so simple, there are three factors, and you don't know how the affect the outcome. So you don't know whether it's linear, exponential, or polynomial sort of relationship.

Could possibly hold certain things constant? People at the same CL and the same wins might be easy enough. Then enough data points for army power? Then possibly get lucky and find 2 people with similar army power and different combat level to find the relationship.

CL13
I asked some players around my army strenght (plus MilesTeg)

CL15151515

I wait for more people to answer, but there is a relation between number of wins, the fewer the better, and gold for the same army.
And I forgot to put my item in:

Required level: 6
Durability: 61/61 (61)
Ammunition points: 9
Modifiers:
Defence +4Knowledge +1Initiative +1%

Decreases melee damage taken by 5%.

A bit lackluster for me but I am lvl 9 anyway and 24k gold was not that bad.

(~10k profit though :/ )
ok well if we look at the three close results from Ektoras in order of gold I think it may enlighten things a bit (thanks)

Wins 71 army strength 10378 Gold 44631
wins 70 army strength 10371 Gold 44782
wins 68 army strength 10367 Gold 45151

What is interesting is that the person with the most gold gained also had the lowest number of wins and the lowest army strength

To my understanding there are two possible conclusions to this

having more wins or a stronger army gives you less money (while it fits this data, it is not going to with a wider range, nor would it make sense for them to code it that way)

OR there is another factor we are not considering. This could be win ratio if the person with 68 wins only played 68 ie (some factor like (wins/total combats)X wins

or else something like silver is involved.

Must gut instinct is that win ratio may explain it, which as a hypothesis is easy to test and find out if wrong (if they did more than 68 battles it is wrong - time to look in someones battle log I think)
If you look at the results above for Crik and Herko, they both have won 72,

Herko has an army strength 53 above Crik, and is 1 combat level above, yet only makes 7 more gold!

I think there must be some other factor going into this that I am not considering - perhaps silver - perhaps something to do with the fact that some battles gave more FSP than others (those with someone to rescue not in a cage) ie it may be the total FSP across the event rather than just wins going into it.

Whatever it is I am going to happily pass the problem off to someone else and see if they can work it out!
In this event army power was ment for something. Finnaly.

Considering the results of the players who posted.....i feel this event hasn't been a really profitable one for the masses.
I am assuming an average price of per combat for a lvl 15 player be about 1000-1100
which means you must have invested nothing less than 75k in terms of arts.
So the reward in return wasn't that great. Besides even the art isnt selling at a good high price as it usually does in spite of it being a pretty powerful one (at least for a lvl 14 like me)
