If you know it's illegal, why have you been doing this? |

Sure i didnt know that. Admins wrote me. |
This is not about me. But general. |
instead of gives warning via pm every single time a player do illegal stuff, it is more efficient to write the rules. by playing this games you are considered to understand and agree to follow the rules. |
Also, here where I live they often say "The fact of not knowing the rules, does not save you from getting jailed", IDK if they say it in other countries.
But I suppose its applied in this game.
I have to say though, that before they give you a big fine/block, they usually give you fines of 1 gold, then 1000, and so on, as "Warning". |

It's written as the very FIRST rule, check 1.1 ;) |

Whether or not there is a warning will usually depend on severity of the offense. I have seen people getting blocked for some trivial reasons in the past but thankfully there is an appeals commission now. And unlike appeals in real life, this one seems to work so you can feel more assured as long as your actions have some justification. This is why it makes sense to read the rules. Not only does it make you accountable and prevent any potential accusations, it gives you the power to speak up and defend yourself or others if anything unfair happens.
It is not debatable that sometimes the moderator/sweeper will be in the wrong. They are real people and often very biased to give the best judgment. |
