Maxim said in his recent interview that they would consider creating new "shop arts" comparable with the current "shop equivalent" donation arts. It is, I believe, a correct move towards minimizing the impact of donations in PvP, which was moving towards a "Pay-to-win" sort of gameplay.
These daggers may be their attempt at this; if so, we should expect new rings to come out too.
Only thing left to see is what max dura they will have. Repair prices are in line with shop arts, not event arts. |

Good to see decent shop daggers but the rings are still out of balance. lvl 15 ring of cold gives 7 parameters and 1 ini compared to 3 parameters and 3 ini or 4 parameters and 1 ini (magicish ring). Also pendant gives +5% ini compared to shop luck pendant. |
