There is no money to enroll, but also you cannot buy any steel (it says that there is 1.00, but I cannot buy... maybe there 0.999 and it is rounded to 1)
So basically there is no hope, without a divine (admin?) intervention, that the facility restart to have any use... isn't it? |
| If someone with workaholic penalty enrolls there, the stock will go up just enough to be able to buy 1 steel. Then after many times selling and buying the steel again, the facility will profit, and it will function as usual again. |

I think that the output of 1.9 requires that all of the 15 posts are filled which means that each worker will increase stock by 1.9/15? Is it okay to think so?
And the facility would be truly stuck if nobody could enroll there which means 0-1 stock and a balance of 19 or less. |

That's not exactly how it works. You have to look at hours required and worker productivity. In the above example, the hours required is 8. This means that if the facility gets 8 "hours" of work, it will output 1.9 steel. "Hours" depends on productivity. For example, an LG 6 player has a productivity of 2 so he contributes 2 "hours" per enroll. Therefore, if four people with LG 6 enroll at that facility, 8 "hours" will be worked and the facility will output 1.9 steel (assuming none of the workers have workaholic penalty, because that lowers productivity). If more or less "hours" are worked, the output of the facility will increase or decrease proportionally. |
