Hi,
I have been playing Elf / Charmer Elf mostly but im keen to try out another faction now at CL 15. I am currently FSL 11 with Elf. Two options i have are Barb (currently FSL 6) and Dwarf (Currently FSL 8). A few questions:
1. Any suggestions on which among Barb & Dwarf would be a better faction at Lvl 15. I can build up the full castles for both
2. How do i manage the low FSL issue for these? Obviously, skill potion is an option, but wouldn't it take a long time to get these FSLs upto level 9 or 10 even with Skill potion? How do i plan the journey until i get to FSL 9/10 for these factions? |
1.without DU barb is better, with DU go for dwarf
2. do easy hunt and mg, when there is an event. drink PoS then do the event along with WG, AG, and CG.
you also need to make sure at CL 16 you can reach fsl 12 with your main faction ASAP. the stats bonus of FSL 12 are massive. |

I would advise a bit of both. IT is prudent to build up a sub faction now slowly to become second main, but without overly compromising on the critical goal of getting FL12 in your main.
Build up your sub faction with HG and MG slowly over time. Realistically you will need some regular investment in a mount/Abu-Bakrs charm. You should have easy options with these given your levels, though dwarf is not good at hunting. Also do most events in your second faction, some you can do easily in a subfaction even if a low level, either because it doesn;t matter at all, or because you can choose the difficulty, thus farming FSP for your sub at the expense of pursuing the highest points you could get. I wouldn;t worry too much about potion of skill unless you have an opportunity where you are going to do a lot of battles intensively. You can also do survilurgs with your second faction so long as you add an extra enchant to compenate - this is probably cheaper than a potion of skill most of the time.
As you build up your sub main you will get to a point where you can do WG battles with it (FL9 should do you with good arts, 10 if you use cheaper)
Given this I think you are better off using dwarf due to your higher FL at the moment, not crazily far from FL9. I think this out compensates the poorer hunters dwarves offer. Doing this I would expect you to be FL9/10 in dwarf and approaching FL12 in elf by the time you level to 16, which will put you in a good position. |

Ummm..feeling a bit stupid here, since I dont seem to understand many of the acronyms :P but what do you mean by QT? |
QT = quick tournament
Needs lots of enchants to have a chance really hence the reference to needing gold |

Barb and DW are really good at TG even with low faction.
MY suggest is to play WG with your main and TG with the faction you'll choose.

I prefer PVP. But WG is a fun PVE event which i do daily. So both. |
