| Ahahah, I'm confused at how he even get there. It's not even abuse of bad guilds because he barely have any guild. I guess he can only play PvP with skill potion even with his main! |

Theoretically, yes it can. But alas we don't have such pro guys here :D
Also for round way, for pumped characters additional exp can above 100% too

| I think it is just sad that people who strategically built their characters are being punished like this by having their counterparts given Handicap Bonuses to FSP. |

That's not true, there are also many characters
who strategically built their characters
with out donating.

Basic idea of this sytem's implementation is to stop gaining bonuses for excessive donations. |
I would further tell incase you mistook my statement,
As of currently, I am 12% pumped.. no donation fsp
I did only hunts,mgs,events -> I couldnt have got more fsp in any way.
Which means, becoming 100% pumped or even 50+% pumped, without donations is IMPOSSIBLE. |
What do you mean ^ those are not 100%+ pumped.
There's 1 or 2 100% pumped characters in the whole game.
Being pumped means being pumped and that's start from 0.01%.
I was 86% at the end of cl 14, glad they changed the way they count it and it dropped more than the half.

The deference between donating and non donating strategically pumped characters is that the no donating have better guilds most of the time.
You can do your own research and you will find many, I did mine when I was interested on that matter.

Those are old rule, 86% that time won't even mean 40% currently.

Oh come one... I have no obligations against them.
Infact im one of those too, I work hard for my guilds too.
I just stated the fact that players with such humongous fsp, are because of donating.
As much as I hate that fsp bonus from chests, but nothing can be done. |
For me is more unfair, like AKA pointed out, that the people who didn't gave a rat for their characters awarded with more fsp than those who actually made an effort.
Getting 190% more exp is a huge punishment, I don't envy that. :D |

If you are pumped, you already have a massive advantage that is certainly not made up by a few % extra fsp or exp. Anyway, you always "worked hard" knowing that you would get "punished" for that. |

Yeah I know all that, but I talk about pimped characters.
I replied to a comment about pimped characters to a thread who asks about pimped characters and all I get is answers about the pumped characters.
And a cl15 gets a double fsp from a cl16, it's not something I would call a few.
I don't have something more to say than what I already said at my first post so I am out. |
