out of 20 campaigns, I have played, got only 6 Licences.

| In Campaigns, it is onlu down to pure luck if youdo sufficiently well. There are some key battles where it can drop - the crypt ones in finding a healer for example, the others do not matter. IT is important that you win those battles with the equivalent of 3 starts to trigger a drop. If you did more campaigns, but did not manage it on those battles then you will proportionally have a low ratio per campaign as you had less drop chances taken within it. Of course bad luck will also do that! |

Isn't that guaranteed to drop a loot so long as you succeed the right battles?
