On the Russian portal there is a light-weight login page to make it easier to load on mobile devices.

There isn't a specific page. Is there a setting on your phone that is disrupting it? For example, my phone had a setting checked to "Request Desktop version of the site" - Once I unchecked that, I was able to get the mobile version to load. |
