I was wondering if there was any way to get a blocked character deleted or a way to reuse the name? My brother had a character blocked a long time ago and wants to get back in the game but he wants to be able to use the same name as his old char.

Lol, I've thought about this so many times.
It makes no sense that a Blocked char would occupy a name forever.
Accounts should be automatically deleted after 3-5 years, or so. |

It's not possible. Your brother will need to use a new name.
It makes no sense that a Blocked char would occupy a name forever. Keeps a record of the character nice and clean so that we can all refer back to their transfer log etc. whenever we want. |
| But why does it matter to look at transfer log. When it is obvious that someone messed up and has a character blocked why do we need proof 5 years down the line that a character name played against the rules |

In case he makes another account with a similar name and does the same thing - precedence.
Or if anyone else he has made illegal transfers to, comes back and makes more illegal transfers. |
| You cant transfer to or from a blocked player so that makes no sense... |
| My old account, very first time, played it back when I was a kid and did not know the rules, it was on lwm. It was blocked and now it does not exist. Even if I go way back to my transfer log and click on his name (yeah, I broke the rules but got penalized for it) it redirects you to a broken profile site with no data in it. |

Because the players interact with more than just themselves - They interact with all players. I might want to go back and look at their combats.

They deleted a large number of accounts before migrating them across in the merge. |
