The price is only high at the moment.
Last time the statistics of the estates were published, three wilderness estates had been built. 2 of these, were listed in the list of cheapest estates to be built. Source (In rtussian): http://daily.heroeswm.ru/n/Top_homes_for_certificates_09_17 You can see that the prices paid before kickback were 3.6m and 3.5m - So 36,000 and 35,000 a certificate.
Prices have risen a bit since then - Due to low supply and heavy reselling. However, the Wilderness prices look to be incredibly inflated right now.
For example, a Sunny City license was 38-39k and is now sitting around 41-42k stable. So you'd probably expect that Wilderness license to be worth less than 45k. But who knows, you might get a buyer at a higher price ;) |
