I tried looking for a thread a while ago that asked more or less the same, but I can't seem to find.
Anyway:
I think with BB Set + Forest Charm + Forest Cloak + Forest Bow you can reach that.
Not sure though. |
70% you get with BB set + forest bow (BB set 60% forest bow 10%)
