I don't care what talents and arts I used, this battle is impossible! How is a Knight supposed to deal with a Charmer Elf, Chaos Wizard, AND Darkness Demon at the same time!? Point 10 of the Guild description says that all the battles are supposed to be winnable. Well, to me, the battle I just had contradicts that. |
Man maybe winable means, u have to have good talents, recruits etc...
You made some tactil mistakes like:
- 2 stacks close two times and catching fireballs,
- swordsmen stays too long behind and then he goes after gargoyles, they will fly forever man :D
Maybe if you had some talent like fervor, fast kill of wizard (gargloyes with shooters..) you would have a chance and I would say it´s winable fight ;-) |
| You made many mistakes. Bad off/def ratio parameters, bad talents (no fervor, defense talents), bad recruit (take more shooters instead of guards), bad setup (your shooters are packed together for dark/chaos mass spells). With better setup and shooting with clerics I think the wiz would not survive even the 2nd round. Then it just an easy fight. |

If i would play that battle i would spread my shooter stacks don't keep them together that is the worst thing you can do against a wiz and Darkness demon.
I would kill the wiz first and then the rest should be doable for a knight.
But i must say some WG battle's are extreemly though for knight i know :P |
| red knight is much better doing 1vs3 quests. for talents, choose defense, evasion, and erudition. wear cloak of sun for magic and range resistence. use throne and chargers to attack in first round, and split exorcists to shoot those flying creatures. usually can kill chaos casters before its second cast. killing other two heroes will be easy once caster is gone. |
