I thought each unit can only use one rune per battle, and the same rune can only be used one time, unless dwarf has spare rune talent, which allows them to use the same rune for 2 units.

In this wg battle, I was fighting a dwarf outlaw, and his first 3 berserker turns (3 stacks of berserkers), all used rune of agility. Bug? Admins please fix | | You get an additional rune of agility at dwarf skill level 12. | FSL12 + Spare rune.

If you scroll down to the runes, you can see that after FSL 10 the runes cycle again. |
