I feel like such a veteran. I've been playing this game on and off for quite a while it seems that most of the old guard has left.
Ford things I remember about the old days and the old server (in no particular order):
1. Arctic
2. The cute little map
3. The dragon hunting event in the dragon caves
4. .com players bitching while .ru got a kick arse Dwarf War
5. Chat actually being active
6. The 'dark ages' period
Any other veterans wish to share their fond memories about the old days? |
| I remember when there was no workaholic penalty, wages where higher and mini arts where paid (the economy was based on wizards slavery!). Oh yeah and you could rent TGI. |
| I remember the old CG format where we had 4 different playing options(1v1,2v2,3v3, FFA) iirc and also when we only had events like once in a month or two! :D |

Not on this account but i remember the old ad campaign to get people on .com server
very fuzzy, a text "minigame" where you had to guard a village and you decided what the villagers had to do (farmers, soldiers etc...)
also was here when there was still only 7 factions and no alt |
I am here for a long time too, I remember lending TGI and other things.
All friends of mine have gone. I am here ... I am keen on Heroes games.
In the last 12 months, I didn't meet anybody who can speak English, Deutsch or whatever. I remember old times :) |

Remember when Mini arts cost resources like wood, ore.
No such thing as a Diamond repository to buy diamonds for gold.
When arts used to be a lot more expensive but could be sold at 0 durability for some portion of the cost back. |
| Yes Wizards got a raw deal in the early days. Arts raising spellpower and knowledge cost more than the regular might arts. Wizards would also dread facing barbarians due to the magic resistance racial ability XD |
Wasn't here since that long, but i remember when they removed artifacts selling at inventory ( maybe after merge? ) , and refunded us with the remainder gold, which made me super rich because i had full inventory of artifacts ;p
Oh yeah and most painful, days when ST was popular, even at high levels. |
| Been around for a decade (maybe a bit more). It was fun before the merge. But now its lonely at chat rooms. Hopefully they will separate the servers like other mmo. |

People used to organize clan events within normal clans
For few days we had very few options to enroll. Mines and production facilities dried up.
Pandemonium event <3 The event I liked the most! Ring leaders and infernals concept was super awesome!
Average players online was hardly around 1K and 300 in early mornings
Argh! I miss a lot of my good old friends :( |

We had League of Shadows, EFL, Warriors guild, Elite warriors before that. That's only what I remember |

Don't worry, I served my punishment. My very first acc was blocked so long ago it doesn't exist anymore.
