The paladin's jousting ability says that the damage dealt will increase by 5% for every tile covered.
But if on it's path it is blocked by a goblin trap, does the damage reset? |
Either the trap fails and nothing change, either it succeeds and then there is no attack because the paladin won't reach its destination. |
What Slust says is correct. |
But the question would still be valid for stalkers |
Well the question for stalkers would be do traps work or are they ignored.. interested to find that out. |
What Mesh says is correct. |
it succeeds and then there is no attack because the paladin won't reach its destination.
Is that always the case? If the paladin takes a long path (e.g. runs around to the other side of the opponent), even if the trap works he might still be able to reach his opponent. Would he still attack? |
Yes it's always the case. If the trap succeeds then the pala won't hit the troop. |

No, attack not only stops movement but the attack too ;) So if your trap only activated at the final tile before target stack being attacked, it would still stop the attack.
Therefore,
