As far as I know
Any artifact that you can gain through chest of abundance has 100/100 dura
So that would be the highest in my opinion |

This is the highest rings/amulets go,
100 is for rare and SoM, 90 for swords/shields and 85 for bow. |
I think these daggers can have only +15 max dura, so 75 is max

Yep, daggers go at 75 thought I wrote them too. :D
Armors also go up to 90. |
As others have said, daggers go up to 75/75.
