| Just notice that each creature now has a number for leadership. I guess this is for morale. But how do evaluate this number? Above 100 is high morale, etc.? | | No, leadership cost is just a price tag to get it into your army. | Its not for morale. It is for the Leaders guild event. To take units to battle in leaders guild you need an army, but that army cannot be more leadership than set ammount. For example:
Level 0 leaders guild player has 10k leadership available total, and 4k leadership for one unit maximum. Elven bowmen you have cost 178 leadership, that means a level 0 leaders guild player can recruit maximum 4000/178=22 elven bowmen. | Leaders' guild:
