For a thief this rule exists:
2) The thief's victim who suffered a defeat cannot be ambushed again unless three hours have passed since last ambush;
Is there a similar rule for ranger?
I ask because the exact same ranger caught me twice over a lapse of 2 hours today:

2019-05-08 20:22: • Lawton[18] vs Livon[18]
If there is no similar rule then does this means a ranger can keep capturing the same thief over and over all day long? |

Seeing your logs, it does seem that rangers can catch the same thief again and again.
But a thief cannot rob the same player again and again (3 hours rule)

Yep you caught him, if a ranger really got you there's another form of battle and they do have a ranger with them too, I think it's what Leander said, you won one lost the other so

| Sorry, you lost both so the ambushed "victim" didn't suffer any defeat. |

| I see. So the same ranger then can get caught every hour if you are ambushing in the same spot. Just caught another ranger, either the capital is filled with them now or I'm having bad luck. |
Yeah, I have caught twice the same guy in the same hour several times. All MG roots are "dangerous". :D
They seem to be more active rangers at higher levels, I also had more normal rangers in a week than I had in my all game life time. |
