What mean 90% for 100%?
For exemple if the price of a weapon is 10000g how much to repair? |
Every art has a repair cost
Taking

As an example.
You can see the repairing cost there is 17,755. This means a 90% smith will charge you 100% of the repair cost to repair it.
So a 10,000g art will cost 10,000g to repair.
90% is the maximum you can repair an item for.
The reason why smiths say this is because trainee smiths can repair smaller amounts and usually charge less. For example I can repair to 80% and normally charge ~80% to clients, this is so it is beneficial for both of us.
A 90% repair cost means that if an art starts at 0/70 and a smith takes it, it will come back as 63/69. You can see the 63 is .9*70
The .9 is the 90% repair and the 70 is the initial maximum durability.

Repair cost can be found in the artifact information, and then the cost is a percentage of that charged by the smith |
In other words, I have an injury when I ask to repair a Sword of might. Its only good to repair rare ats? |
Repairing at equal efficiency to cost is only way it makes sense with shop arts |
Btw, the cost of repair is 95% the cost of arts (as per price in map production facility) however it's still not profitable as durability will increase by max of 90% only.
So it's only good to repair rare or non available shop arts where market cost is high compared to actual cost of art.
You can notice the difference for some shop arts when you compare the actual cost in facility ( ex https://www.lordswm.com/ecostat_details.php?r=sword18) vs repair cost in arts description (https://www.lordswm.com/art_info.php?id=sword18). |
Thank you everyone |
Don't forget when asking for a smith to repair your art, Empire will still tax on the gold transfer you send.
So true value is 101% for 100% cost, 91% for 90% cost, etc. |
