Off topic (Or not really): I wish they made Dominion of Tempest and Frost move "Viable".
They could pretty much Double their Effects (The CC/Crowd Control), and Dominion of Fire would still be Superior, IMHO. |
| Well high lvl wizard and demon can take DoT and be super usefull with it, but people need to know how does it work. Its not working like dominion of frost. Dominion of frost is like blinding an enemy for 0.3 turn and DoT is just a setback |

While i think Dominion of fire is an exceptional talent, i don't think they could double the effectiveness of tempest/frost like you said. It is already quite decent at higher levels as i have seen from plays of chaos wizards in cg. |

Already slow factions like necro or dwarf are stagger locked vs tempest and you want to double effect lol |
