In the description of the ability it says this
"When the numbers of this creature's stack drop below 30% of its initial numbers, it turns to the enemy side. "
As such if you or your ally does the damage, you are still not the enemy side, so I would still expect them to go to the other team. |
logic =/= coding
There are other examples.
I haven't tested this one, but if you cared enough, it wouldn't be hard at all. My guess is, if you attacked your own goblin bringing their hp below the threshold, then they remain at your side, but the next attack from enemy will activate treachery. |

based on this, they just switch sides on the next hit from enemy even if self hit brought it down below 30% |
