Translation:

Rest is, of course, a good thing, and even useful, if only after that there is a correct goal for a surge of accumulated energy, otherwise its excess can become chaos. It is unlikely that among the brainless henchmen of Captain Redbeard there is at least one capable of understanding this idea. And yet, it was at such an opportune moment that the pirate recruiters reappeared in the imperial taverns with the same long familiar song. What is it? Will of chance and good luck? Or someone’s insidious plan? But then, what's the difference? All hands on deck! Pirate fleet goes on a raid!

Attention Heroes! Rumor has it that in the taverns of the Empire pirate recruiters rogues again appeared, luring travelers into their ranks with beautiful tales of easy money and fast ships with experienced crews.




Excerpts from the pirate code:
1) According to the pirate code of honor, raids on sea trade caravans are carried out in a 1 on 1 format;
2) The raids take place only with the crew that accommodated the ship. The rest of the crew will be able to wait in the inn or tavern;
3) Through a telescope, it is worth considering your goal well. If the ship’s defenders are too expensive for your crew, it’s better to look for a simpler victim. But the simpler the victim, the less potential profit;
4) Taking into account the risks of the craft, you should join the battle in standard equipment from the store; modifiers do not work;
5) Remember that the features of your fractions are no longer valid, you are now a pirate! But skills and spells work in full;
6) A day you can carry out no more than 12 raids, do not drive the team, tea is not horses - they will die quickly. However, unused attempts are postponed, because a rested crew is capable of much;
7) The duration of the raid should not exceed 9 days (until April 19, inclusive), except in special cases - a maximum of 3 days for everything about everything ( you can make the remaining attempts until April 22, inclusive );
8) After a successful raid, you should take with you everything that glitters, rings, rattles and gurgles: silver, creature artifacts, mercenary elements, diamonds, as well as artifacts with reduced strength;
9) For a victory, an additional +1 point of the Thieves Guild or +0.5 points of the Guild of Hunters is awarded;
10) Do not forget about the mercenary market, where you can hire an extra crew for silver. Prices for various fighters depend on the demand for them and change every hour;
11) Mercenaries can be hired in reserve, but no more than twice as much as they can take on board. It is always better to have an ace up your sleeve;
12) If suddenly too much silver has accumulated, then it can be lowered to a new, more powerful ship or cannons for it;
13) The more powerful the ship, the more crew it can take on board and the more guns it can be installed on;
14) The parameters of the guns depend on their improvements and the level of the captain of the ship, but do not depend on the parameters of the captain;
15) If the crew fell in battle, then 5% of the team dies forever in victory and 3% in defeat;
sixteen)At the end of all raids, Captain Redbeard will award worthy artifacts from his own collection, and the stolen silver will be exchanged for pure gold at a pirate exchange rate!
17) To maintain morale, the pirate Ryzheborod gives out a bottle of premium rum for 15, 30 and 50 victories and a Golden scroll of appeal for 90 victories!

No downside, but there is a limit on reroll. Once you reach the last roll no going back.
okay, so you need to have the entire castle to be able to have spells and stuff, i just tried as de, i didn't have entire castle so i did not get lightning and other spells and neither did elemental talent work...
you don't need entire castle, just need magic guilds built depending on which magic you want to use.

what middle talent are you talking about? i dont know any that gives you spells without the Magic guild constructed
