| That's been happening to me too. Usually I just press the refresh button a couple of times and it gets fixed. It is annoying though |
Comes out every now and then. Just spam the refresh button and it will work. Do not close and reopen ur browser. Just hit the refresh button

| just go to heroeswm.ru and log in using your normal details. Usually all buttons are in the same positions that the english version has. (If this is what kchong meant by logging onto the russian server :D) |
