I noticed that some ppl have more wardens as it is possible to recruit. Here are two examples:

One has 333 and other has 309 of them.
I have talent rally selected but is it possible to recruit 305 max of wardens... how does it work? I see that the faction lvl is same as mine or even lower... | | It is because of the level diference. The CL 22 can recruit more troops than the CL 21, and so on. | yes I see...
