| A level 10 Dark elf and had built magic guild level 3.. Refreshed several times but I still dun have the level 3 spells. What should I do?? |

Yes level 1 and 2 are free but for level 3 or higher you need to spend talent points. The spells efficiency is also tied to whether you have basic, advanced or expert talent.

| There is also a wisdom talent (sorcery) that gives you access to all lvl3 spells without needing the basic talent |
