| Is Portion of Skill active in the event? Like do I need to purchase one or is it active by default? |
I finally understand why admins allow mirror - some players simply can't play and is literally a liability to their team. Unfortunately, I doubt not all these players have access to mirror :(

This is true, but understand this event is open to all players. Its meant to be a fun event (Unlimited losses, easy CG points), you yourself are a CG player and have experience in PvP. They may not.
Go easy on these guys. I had a pumped player talking shit and saying how there are tons of noobs in the event and that it wasn't enjoyable to him, so i told him to go play commander guild if u wanna fight pros. Better let the noobs enjoy the event. I do however blame the admins. When having a fun event, all stats should be balanced out. I literally saw a pumped knight with almost 15 stat point difference with my dwarf.
It's literally the reason why most players, myself included are sick of CG, especially the same level CGS. For mixed there is still some hope but if you're meeting the same players every battle at CG, and are down by 10 stat points and continuously get destroyed because you simply don't do any damage, and then take a crap ton of damage; there is a clear issue on the game.
I do admit that this is a pump and grind game, where fat nerds who download stats and can have a 15-20 stat difference with someone at the same level should have some advantage. I do however dislike the aspect of PvP due to this. The russian forum calls CG, Tactics guild. is it really tactics when you watch your armies doing no damage to the enemy and then getting blown up? There's a reason why PvP is dying, and pumped players are the problem. Let these players fight among themselves.

Have a look here, just to see how SIGNIFICANT of a stat gap exist between the top 1 player and the top 100 player. And the huge majority of us are not even in the top 100.
It's very discouraging playing PvP when fights like these exist.
This only gets even worse the higher level u get.
Look at level 23. The highest stat player has a ST of 75 while the top 63 has ST of 38.
Do u think the top 63 player will go to PvP just to get F in the ass?
The admins had the potential of making PvP enjoyable for the vast majority, or to reward the few minority players who spend their entire life pumping characters. Looks like admins went for the latter. |

Ooo, anyway back on topic. U should definitely play the event. The art given (order of griffin/manticore is nice), and if anything, there is a higher chance to win (more noobs around), so even if u are a noob or an average player you should 100% still play. Rewards are nice and XP/FSP ratio is not bad.

I for once agree 100% with kchong. I myself am hard behind in skills (7-10 skills on average) because I stopped with the game 7 years ago and came back to an era with many events/new guilds and many other things. Things that weren't there 7 years ago.
PVP is just not an option for me, I simply stand no chance and for me to get on that level of guilds would be nearly impossible (without grinding for years and years). WG is 3 points per day (6 with potion), I am never gonna get on average with this one. HG/MG have tons and tons of new creatures/quest and I can't do that many a day. And lets not talk about CG...
It feels like Im never gonna get my CG up. I joined a few battles and have had russians flame me for "shitty stats". I know I have shitty stats for my level but back in the day they were "good".

No. If you lose, you gain exp without CG points which further worsens your character. It's also expensive to use mirror.

You can play CG at 12:30 or 20:30. You will get free guild level increases to make up for weaker character for these battles. |
