Maybe this has been explained before, but I am not aware.
Why are they both called Crusaders in the page info?

Not exactly. The vindicator came first, long before the crusader. To avoid copyright violation, we couldn't use the vindicator name because that's what it's called in HoMM5, so we called it crusader. Then the second crusader came as a hasty surprise (as part of some diamond purchase deal), and the translation team had nothing with the name. I'm guessing admins used google translator (or something similar), and got the name crusader from the Russian name, seemingly forgetting that "crusader" had already been taken.
The mistake was never corrected, so here we are. |
| I see now. Well, that clears it up, althought it would be better if they changed the name of one of them, so they didn't get mixed up |
