I've been trying to log on to my alt, which should be "Member" (previously RicOz6) though when trying to log on to my stored password I'm sent to "RicOz6" which is blocked. That was my previous .ru account before the merging. "Member" is my actual account.

Are you logging in via the .com login screen with Member as the login name? Or is your saved password switching the name back to Ric0z6? Can you walk through the exact steps you are taking?
