| I donated 25 euros 2 days ago , a totall of 51+ diamonds, and did not get my bonus artifacts ! , a ring and boots, can someone help me with this ? , thank you very much | | Winter wonder speciall , 1 ring of sun , and boots of sun , i never received them , you can check my transferlog and i donated a totall of 52.16 diamonds , i dont know who i have to contact for this , so if someone can help me , i really appreciate it | | Did you accidentally switch your inventory to stash. Or did you accidentally stash them. Try searching every section in your inventory. I’m not sure any reason why you wouldn’t have received them | you are not the only one, to whom this happened.

i wrote to dealer, but still waiting for answer or any actions | | Dealer will answer, issue was aswell on RU side. They will fix it :-) | just in this moment i got the 3rd artefact, and now it is all correct with my donation issue.
