I had a character named ‘Nayart’ , it’s been long since I played the game . Now coming back to the game, I have forgotten it’s password and email which was connected to it. Is there any way I could get the account back . I remember the previous email attached to it and a part of the password but can’t remember all of it . I am happy to provide previous information about the account if needed l.

1. Petitions are to be submitted here: http://www.aki-hwm.ru/ (registration is mandatory)
1.1. The process of registration on the commission's platform (your Combat Level must be at least 2):
a) http://www.aki-hwm.ru/reg.php
b) Phase №1, your character's nickname (login) then press "Продолжить" (continue).
c) Phase №2, copy the code that has appeared into your character's personal information (https://www.lordswm.com/pers_settings.php) and save the changes, then press "Продолжить" (continue).
d) Phase №3, please fill in: "Адрес электронной почты:" (functional email address), "Придумайте пароль:" (invent a password for this platform that DIFFERS from your in-game password), "Повторите пароль:" (repeat password, to confirm), then press "Зарегистрироваться" (Register).
e) To log in, on http://www.aki-hwm.ru/reg.php in the top right corner, please give in your character name (Логин) and the password you chose to use for this platform (Пароль), then press Enter.
2. To submit a petition: http://www.aki-hwm.ru/apply.php
a) Select your case classification: Штраф for fine, Бан for ban, Блокировка for block, Прочее for other.
b) Fill in the name of the character to whom the case applies
c) Your skype-name for communication (in case you have one)
d) Make your case:
- Briefly explain what happened;
- Explain why you consider the punishment unjustified;
- Submit any supplementary information that is relevant to the case, such as etracts from your transfer protocol, links to forum posts etc.
It is forbidden in your petitions to:
a) use obscene language and insults;
b) express excessive emotionality and resort to detalizations which do not concern the case;
c) submit comments of third parties which do not concern the case;
3. Petitions are reviewed within 7 days after having been accepted for review.
a) [Отклонено] (DECLINED) – cases which are marked by the Administration as a final decision (For example: Player penalized with 1 gold // в разблокировке отказано (means: “unblock refused”); cases that are impossible to rule for the reason of lack of argumentation bases or absence of technical means.
b) [Рассмотрено] (REVIEWED) – Appeal is reviewed and a decision has been taken. If the correction of the punishment in question should be done – the decision has been sent to the Administration for execution. You can read the commission's opinion in your petition topic.
You can get all answers, comments, specifications from the Commissioners: Хвоюшка (skype login:Lalaila30), Natrizim (skype login: natrizim).
ATTENTION!!!
a) There are NO OTHER characters (no intermediaries, no assistants, which are acting on behalf of the Appeal Commission)
b) The commission is working free of all charge.
c) If you’re getting the Skype authorization please verify the contact name from the present website or by Private Mail with the Commissioners.
d) PLEASE DO NOT TELL YOUR GAME PASSWORD AND YOUR E-MAIL PASSWORD TO ANYONE AT ANY POINT IN TIME UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! | Appealing is redundant as your old account has not been blocked. That proces is to appeal punishments.
