If people would like to use it, I've made a quick and simple cargo calculator in google docs. Just edit the underlined fields and it will calculate everything for you and even highlight the lowest and highest profit/ton items as well as highlight any cargo you can still fit in your cargo hold.

Only can increase LV ship once a day. I am too scare go without Canon at least LV 10 damage each :(

got punished trying to min/max silver to upgrade ship with cannons. missed level 7 ship upgrade by 6 silver. had to swap to charmer for 260 ton runs. shooter barb was starting to lose games. |

I started with the highest difficulty. Reduced it to lower difficulties as losses started. Took me a while (or 10+ battles) to realize barbarian should be retired.
