Smithing is very expensive and I really don't recommend it too early in the game. You probably won't have enough gold to make the item, thus it does not work. Also keep in mind that at your level you only repair 10%.
Discard items and buy new ones. Much cheaper! |
You can repair artifacts if it has 0/x durability. Ensure that your current active faction has Blacksmith build.
In most of the cases it's better to buy new artifacts or get them repaid by others who has Smith Guild level 8+. |
