| Author | Estates - are they useless ? |

I just got my Estate built and added a few annexes. I guess there was an idea behind these in hte early stages of the game, but now they seem quite useless, especially after such a huge investment. Any opinions here ?
Maybe any ideas for the admins to actually convert them to something useful ?

Seems strange that you ask this after buying one and not before.
The honest answer is yes they are basically useless. At the very beginning they used to be a decent income generator but then yields were squeezed down. At this time it still took 30 minutes to regen mana so the recovery boost was welcome. Now there is tavern drink and other potions.
The main benefit today is increased inventory space. Is it worth several million? I don't think so and to be honest if you are maxxing out your normal inventory you are managing it poorly.
Can't see admins changing it, they are basically an ancient/obsolete part of the game. |
Believe it or not, I bought mine for the 60 extra inventory space. Plus, I love the concept of being more than just a nomadic mercenary for the Empire.
If you cannot relate, I would say it is worth it when you have nowhere else to spend your millions. When you have built all castles, and you have no practical use for owning enchanted sets. |
| no not useless but a luxury item. 60 slots is main benefit. not worth it to build room annexes if estate has high id number as rooms will not pay back. |
