If no hero then they are neutral.
In adventure guild bonus doesn't work as they don't count as neutrals.

You can see it because that is what the set gives, but it doesn't actually work as it stated on the description of the guild.
People had also done the math back when "Finding the healer" was introduced and confirmed it.
Same as armies on MG, they considered as having a hero and bonuses doesn't work. |
