Is there any page or service, which would track, which level of certain quests have I passed?
Something such as this, but only with own statistics?

No such service as far as I am aware.
As Xancyn mentioned you can keep track of some but only if they are records. |

The main issue is that these achievements aren't permanent, unlike events, tournaments, annual hunts, and similar activities.
To be honest, I’m falling behind in MG. Most of my MG quests are at +5.

Tbh I don't care much about MG records, I only wanted to have full overview about my passed quests to see, in which quests I have the biggest level gap. Then I can focus on those and I can get there the most quests with reward 5 or 3MG. That saves me some EXP, which is crucial for me :)
But as there is none, maybe I will also try to make some spreadsheet... |
