Repairing 90% for 101% cost (102% during events is suggested, but not necessary).

INFO for repairing:
The higher the price payed, the higher the position in queue. But if there are too many items waiting for a long time for basic 101% price, I will sometimes repair few such items even if there are items for 102% (or higher) price in queue!
INFO для ремонта:
